At MISK Perfume, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return according to the conditions below.
Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original labels and tags.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
We do not provide prepaid return labels and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
